Creative Partnerships Australia CEO reappointed

12 December 2018

The Morrison Government has reappointed Ms Fiona Menzies as the CEO of Creative Partnerships Australia. Her new three-year term commences on 4 February 2019.

Ms Menzies’ strategic vision as CEO has led the organisation to new heights, including the launch of Australia’s first Government-supported matched funding program for the arts.

She is a powerful advocate for the importance of social investment and the value of corporate partnerships with the creative sector. Thanks to her leadership, Creative Partnerships has supported hundreds of organisations and individuals to connect with the private sector resulting in a steady increase to philanthropic support for the arts in Australia.

Ms Menzies is also a Trustee of the Gordon Darling Foundation and a former Trustee of the Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust.

She holds a Master of Arts in Art Museum Studies from the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.

Her commitment to developing private sector support for the arts will position the organisation for further success over the next three years.

Creative Partnerships is a Commonwealth company established to encourage and facilitate philanthropy, sponsorship and social investment in the arts in Australia.
